What to Expect

For those engaging my full project management services, the timeline below will give you a relative idea of how the Yardstyling Process typically goes.  As with any project, variables arise that cause a need to adjust timelines, but that is why having a professional on your side is so important!

Day 0 – (Typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks of contact or sooner)

  • on site or by phone
  • collect site dimensions, existing plans, photos
  • review project intro questionaire
  • discuss timelines and fees

1 week – immediately following consultation

  • based on consultation and intro questionnaire, establish plan budget and contract scope
  • Based on budget, establish deposit amounts
  • collect deposit and signed management agreement

2 weeks – Typically begins 1 to 2 weeks following consultation and contract, deposit

I will take the collected resources, photos, dimensions, and plans, then translate it all into my design software, where I will enhance it with our proposed materials, bushes, trees, and hardscape elements to bring your plan to life
